My firm was founded in 2001 and I have dedicated my practice to help Debtors solve their financial problems on a personal one on one basis. Since practicing bankruptcy law, I have been awarded the Phoenix Chapter 13 Trustees Recognition of Excellence Award. As a Chapter 13 attorney, 80% of my clients have completed their plans, well above the national average of 43% as of 2019. As a sole practitioner, I take on a limited number of clients in order to provide the best legal services of which I am capable.  When you contact my office, you will communicate with me, not a secretary or paralegal.
