• Education of the mortgage process- Todays Mortgage process may be more involved now than ever before. When we determine the right loan for you, you shouldn’t have to worry about what comes next. I will send an email every time your loan reaches a new milestone putting you one step closer into your new home.
The licensed real estate agent:
• Communication- I think this one wins the award! You will be updated at least once per week on any client you send my way. Communication between the lender and the agent not only helps the process flow smoother, it puts the buyer in a better situation knowing that he/she truly has a well-informed team working for them to meet a common goal, and that is to close on their home.
• Availability- Alexa and Siri wished their name was QUINN! You understand the real estate business and the late hours worked when making a deal happen and so do I. With no wife, no kids (except for a dog )and love for the mortgage business, I make myself available for YOU.
• Closing Quick- The loan process has many moving parts and I have a team of top notch mortgage professionals to ensure your loans closes quickly and on time- Which leads me to my final point.
• Your Paycheck- Although money is not the end all be all, I do understand you can’t devote your time and efforts to help families find and negotiate that perfect home without getting paid at the end of the day.
