Touching Lives Communities of Prior Lake is a Residential Care Home that has Six (6) bedrooms. One of the rooms is a shared room. These homes are an alternative to large-scale assisted living, memory care or nursing home facilities. Touching Lives is a state-of-the-art premiere senior care, memory care and hospice care home. Touching Lives Homes continue with the mission of Providing Quality Care with Cultural Comfort. Our residents, if applicable, attend the adult day program at least twice a week. This allows for your loved one to be involved in community events, experience fun and unique field trips, build friendships in our club and more.
