Jack Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis specializes in general urology, including kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, robotic cases and penile prostheses. He spent many years in the U.S. Air Force, both as a flight surgeon and urologist. He likes to develop long-term relationships with patients. Dr. Lewis lives in Mansfield with his wife. They have three sons, one in high school and two in college. In addition to working at USMD, he is assigned to the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel, Flight Surgeon at the 301 MDS, DFW.
