Brittany Nandi-Chane McUnu, MD

Brittany Mcunu, MD, practices internal medicine. Dr. Mcunu earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her internship at Howard University Hospital and her residency at Alameda Health System in Oakland. Dr. Mcunu became interested in a medical career as a child, healing her dolls and sleeping in oversized scrubs. Today, she believes that educating her patients on how to become healthy and stay that way is a great way to serve them. She encourages her patients to eat nutritious food, exercise regularly and reduce their stress as much as possible. Dr. Mcunu's patients say that she is easy to talk to and puts them at ease with her warm, friendly manner. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, exploring new beaches and restaurants, and practicing the piano and martial arts. In addition to English, Dr. Mcunu speaks basic Spanish.
