Yogina Chandrakant Desai, MD

Yogina Desai, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Desai earned her medical degree from American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York. She completed her internship and residency at Virtua Tatem-Brown Family Practice Center in New Jersey. Dr. Desai chose family medicine because she loves helping patients become healthy and stay that way. Patients say they appreciate her caring nature and down-to-earth manner. Dr. Desai believes strongly in patient education. The more an individual knows about his/her health, the healthier the patient is, she says. In her spare time, D r. Desai enjoys watching football games, especially the Baltimore Ravens, as well as reading and traveling. In addition to English, she speaks the Indian dialect of Gujarati.
