All of these can knock your body out of alignment, causing pain, limited range of motion, and decreasing your productivity at work At Pain-Free Me we use an Evidence-based approach. We assess your posture and create a personalized series of corrective exercises that will put your posture back into alignment, to increase productivity at work and stop your chronic aches and pains.
