Started by a 3rd generation plumber, the Shepherd’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning now has an experienced team through its purchase Andrews Disaster Recovery a Specialty Cleaning Team through Shepards Disaster Recovery & Remediation.

The Shepherd’s group was started by Bill Shepherd back in 2015 when he founded Shepherd’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. back in 2015, but it actually all started earlier – in the 1930’s with Morris Pierce, Bill’s grandfather. Pierce was a licensed plumber in Fresno who later came to the Bay Area in the 50’s. Here, he founded Pierce Plumbing, a contracting company that focused solely on general water damage restoration.
