Clobax is a boutique real estate firm that launched in 2006 specializing in investor-based real estate transactions. We primarily deal with short sales and REO properties that we acquire, renovate and flip to our network of investors. Our mission is to acquire real estate at the lowest price point possible which in turn affords us the ability to turn out a high-quality product at below-market prices. This philosophy ( buy low sell low) has served us well over the last few years. We are always looking for ways to grow & expand which is why we are currently in the process of launching our modular / prefab initiative slated to begin summer 2016.
