My mission is to help you use strength training to boost your mental health and find happiness, hope, purpose, connection, and confidence! I offer private, one-on-one personal training sessions in my Lake Mary studio.

I have a PhD in exercise physiology and 15 years of experience as a personal trainer helping people achieve their goals. I've developed a unique, safe, and smart strength training program that can help you get mentally and physically fit and healthy, and stay that way for the rest of your life!
