Robert I Meyerson, MD

Dr. Meyerson is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in both Orthopedic Surgery and in Sports Medicine. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia College, Dr. Meyerson earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center. He then completed an internship in general surgery Downstate Medical Center/Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. Dr. Meyerson completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, and sports medicine fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases-Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Meyerson specializes in arthroscopic knee and shoulder ligament reconstruction, joint replacement surgery and shoulder as well as orthopaedic trauma.
