Our goal is to help each patient achieve their goals Synergy Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic that understands the value of a collaborative team effort between the therapist, patient, and physician. We work hand-in-hand with you and your physician. Your therapist will do a thorough examination and will identify problem areas. An individualized treatment plan will be designed for each patient based upon the therapist evaluation. Treatment will include both manual techniques as well as an active exercise based exercise routine and corrective exercises. We provide evidence based clinical treatments. Our goal is to help each patient achieve their goals.
