Thomas DeBerardino, M.D. - Sports Medicine Surgeon

Doctor DeBerardino is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician with The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group. He is board certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), fellowship trained in sports medicine, and treats shoulder, knee, and hip conditions for patients aged 6 and older.

Dr. DeBerardino has a special interest in the arthroscopic repair of complex knee and shoulder disorders and injuries involving hip arthroscopy. He has a special interest in joint restoration with a focus on cartilage and meniscal transplantation, osteotomies, and partial knee replacement surgery.
