Alison Johnson was licensed in 2003 at 28 years old. In her first year with Prudential (the largest brokerage in Southern California at the time), Alison helped 40 families buy & sell homes on the North County Coast. Her illustrious launch into the business, earned her both Rookie of the Year & Chairman's Circle Gold awards, placing her in the top 3% of agents out of 58,000 in the organization (WSJ 2004). Before she was 30 years old, not only was she a top producing agent, but she also acquired an 8 property real estate investment portfolio of residential rental properties in San Diego & Hawaii. Today, Alison lives in the rural Foothills of Vista with her husband Mark, her bonus son Andrew (2nd grade), and her two Yorkies Hoodie & Muffin. Her sons are students at SDSU (Computer Science) & CSUSM (Software Engineering). Her daughter is a board certified aesthetician & makeup artist. when not working, she spends time by her pool, at her cabin in Big Bear & at the Motocross track!
