At Great Old Tappan Orthodontics, Nick Freda, DMD, and the team bring state-of-the-art dental technology to patients in Old Tappan, New Jersey. Dr. Freda earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Lehigh University, and went on to get his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While there, he found his passion for research, education, and working with patients of all ages. He continued his academic career at the New York University College of Dentistry where he earned his certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. 
When not teaching orthodontics, presenting research findings, or helping his patients find their best smiles, Dr. Freda enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys puzzles and building with Lego® bricks.
At the state-of-the-art office in Old Tappan, Dr. Freda and the team offer modern orthodontic solutions for adults and children, including retainers, Invisalign® aligners, Carriere® Motion Appliance, the Brius system, and the SLX 3D Bracket System.
