Prior to becoming a therapist, I had life experiences that lead to my emotional decline. As a consequence, I had low self-acceptance that lead to depression, worry and anxiety. To resolve my emotional discomfort, I sought and participated in therapy several times in my life and encountered very good therapists who guided me in self-acceptance and to practice daily practical coping skills to reduce my depression, worry and anxiety.
