Athens man was sentenced for a crime he did not commit on Thursday in Oconee County Superior Court. State witness Quentin Dunston testified under oath that Ryan Timothy O'Neal was not the shooter and that Dallas McCabe was the one who shot and murdered Joseph "Joey" Jackson on Whippoorwill Road on July 16, 2019.
