Jessica W. Fivecoat, MD, is a board-certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician with over 11 years of experience. Dr. Fivecoat earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. She then went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where she served as Academic & Research Chief Resident. Patients can visit Dr. Fivecoat for all women’s health and pregnancy care needs. She is an expert in adolescent gynecology, treating patients 11 years and up. Dr. Fivecoat provides well woman exams, contraception counseling, menopause treatment, care for abnormal bleeding & pelvic pain, STD/STI testing and preventative care. She also offers gynecologic surgeries, including tubal ligations, hysterectomies and much more. Dr. Fivecoat is passionate about helping mothers-to-be navigate their pregnancy journey. She specializes in low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, caring for her patients from conception through delivery. Dr. Fivecoat offers both vaginal births and C-sections and is experienced with multiple births, advanced pregnancies and other pregnancy challenges. Originally from St. Charles, MO, Dr. Fivecoat is excited to provide quality women’s health care in her home town.
