Prop Cert are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of EPCs for both residential and commercial properties with national coverage. EPCs are valid for 10 years and are required for every property transaction including selling and letting. Since April 2018, it has been unlawful to let a property that does not achieve at least an ‘E’ rating on an EPC without an appropriate exemption. In order to complete an EPC, our energy assessor will attend the property to undertake the survey, complete the calculations and publish the certificate onto the national register. We have a number of clients who operate across the UK and use our online portal daily to order and track their EPCs and other services.
