A treatment plan may include acupuncture (using thin, sterile, disposable stainless steel needles), moxibustion (used to warm and stimulate acupuncture points), herbal prescriptions and/or other modalities used traditionally in Chinese medicine — depending on the individual and their presenting symptoms.
