Tamara Skjolden, RMFT, RCC – Counselling Services

Tamara Skjolden, RMFT, RCC is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist who provides counselling and psychotherapy services for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She will work with you to build upon the resources and strengths you already have.

Tamara has expertise in Internal Family Systems and Systemic therapy, Interpersonal and Relational Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. She also has experience in using Narrative, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, and Empowerment Stances in her work. She is currently enrolled in an intensive 3 year Core Training program to specialize in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). This approach will inform our work together, to help break patterns that are no longer useful to you.
