We are a family run business that provide in home personal support predominately for people with a disability the elderly and infirmed. We also provide high needs complex care to all ages including clients with physical and/or intellectual disability’s
We have been operating for 15 years from the Sunshine Coast but our service area is from Brisbane North through to Noosa. We are an accredited organization under the Human Services Quality Frame Work & are audited annually against these standards.
Our staff are provided with ongoing training and assessed regularly to ensure they meet relevant service standards also and are up to date with latest techniques for support.
We employ technology in place to ensure staff are arriving at our clients homes at booked times and can report any visit/care/client issues back to the office 24/7. We also have a 24 hour on call emergency manager that our staff/clients can contact if need be.
