First Command Financial Advisor - Collin Lyon

Collin Lyon joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2021. As a military spouse, he understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Collin holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Arizona.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Collin serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. He advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Collin will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in his community, Collin is a member of The Financial Planners Association.

In his free time, Collin enjoys martial arts and reading.
