Anthony Borcich

Anthony Borcich, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Gastroenterology team. Dr. Borcich’s expertise spans general gastroenterology and hepatology. Formerly focused on advanced endoscopic techniques, he brings his knowledge and experience to esophageal disorders such as eosinophilic esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease. His screening colonoscopies offer a top-level of polyp (adenoma) detection, directly related to his extensive experience with advanced endoscopic techniques, which have been proven to prevent more colon cancers.

Dr. Borcich focuses on progress toward healing with every visit, ensuring his patients fully understand their best treatment options along the way. He particularly enjoys working with his patients to address and ultimately resolve their concerns and challenges.

Dr. Borcich has published multiple original research articles and presented at national meetings. He is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease.

When not in the office Dr. Borcich enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
