Leroy Reese is a 27 year Veteran Police Officer living in Houston Texas. He’s a husband a father to three beautiful daughters and has one grandson. Leroy has always had a passion for uplifting the youth. He’s worked directly with the younger generation. He’s worked the County Jail, Juvenile Detention Center, and Street Patrol, and as a youth director for his church. Currently, Leroy is a Police Officer for The Aldine Independent School District Police Department.

As a motivational speaker, Leroy aims to inspire people to overcome adversity and hope for a better tomorrow. He keeps it real while delivering a helpful and inspiring message. He teaches his listeners about his “plan, prepare, and pursue” strategy, helping others find success. His main goal is to give people hope for a better tomorrow.
