The team, headed by experienced family medicine specialist Luis Zepeda, MD, meets all of the health needs of their patients, including treatment for acute illnesses, women’s health, men’s health, chronic disease management, minor surgeries, and more.
Dr. Zepeda earned his medical degree at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Dr. Zepeda completed his advanced family medicine training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has more than 30 years of experience in family medicine, and he is also the medical director of The Vilo Research Group for medical studies.
Dr. Zepeda is a strong proponent for preventive medicine, and he is particularly experienced in treating hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. He speaks both Spanish and English fluently.
