Erica Jungels

Erica Jungels, LCSW, LCADC is a member of Summit Health's Behavioral Health and Cognitive Therapy team. Ms. Jungels treats children, teens, and adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress, anger management, self-harm, and co-occurring disorders. She has foundational training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

“I pursued a career in health care to be there for individuals who need support,” says Ms. Jungels adding, “I believe in forming a safe and positive therapeutic relationship so my patients and I can work collaboratively to achieve their wellness goals and I can help them find some relief.”

Prior to joining Summit Health, Ms. Jungels served as director of a partial care and intensive outpatient program for youth, adolescents, and adults. She also supervised interns and therapists who were working towards clinical licensure.

Ms. Jungels holds certification in school counseling, clinical supervision, clinical social work and is a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor.

When not working with patients, Ms. Jungels enjoys spending time with her children and family, going to the beach, swimming, attending sporting events, and listening to music.
