As an internist, I treat about 80% of the medical conditions I see. I refer patients to my specialty colleagues as needed to help manage their health. I provide primary and preventive care for adults, promote regular screenings and treat chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, COPD, asthma and other issues. I also care for skin rashes/biopsies and acute injuries like lacerations, minor fractures.
