Freedom Within is a veteran’s owned therapy practice with a simple mission, to help you, "Re-Define Yourself" What this means and looks like is entirely up to you, and the process you choose to embark on during therapy is for you to decide. The process is and will be different for every person. My approach comes from a place of compassion and non-judgment with your best interest as the guide. Although I feel I have much to offer those I work with, by helping to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions, providing resources, and, simply being available to listen; the change comes from within you. That's where Freedom Within and "Redefine Yourself" comes from.
