Phyllis F Law, CRNP

Phyllis T. Law, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep disorders. She is clinically interested in chronic migraines and is able to provide Botox® and nerve block and trigger point injections.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. She also has an associate degree in applied science in nursing from the Community College of Allegheny County in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. She received her Master of Science in nursing from Saint Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine.

Phyllis is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She sees patients ages 17 and older and speaks English
