We are a company based out of Hilliard, Fl. (near Jacksonville). We will go across the border into Georgia and all the way down through central Florida. We do land clearing/stump grinding, steel truss pole barns, wood frame truss pole barns, decks/porches, and build outs for stalls. Our prices are good for 14 days as steel and lumbar prices are changing constantly right now. Prices include lumbar, concrete for posts, trim package (7" drip edge and full gable trim) and all hardware. Roofing material through Tri county metals comes with a 25 year warranty for galvanized material and 40 year for painted. We do not pull permits; however, you can get engineered plans through our arrangements for your permit.
