Our Hospice agency provides patient care in a wide range of areas such as San Fernando Valley, LA County, Riverside County, San Bernardino, and Kern.
Capital Hospice Care provides in-home nursing care for terminally ill patients. Our office staff makes sure all staff members are visiting patients in a timely manner and are available during emergencies. We provide all medical supplies and necessary DME for the patient. Our main goal is to make sure the patient is comfortable at all times. We offer weekly skilled nursing visits, and weekly bathing visits. We have social workers and chaplains available when needed or requested. Our skilled RN’s and LVN’s are checking for vital signs, pain levels, wounds, and overall comfort levels. Our certified health aides come multiple times a week to assist with showers or bed baths depending on the patient's current condition.
