If I could provide one piece of advice to my patients or to anybody in general, be good to yourself. It will make our job and my job easier. It sounds very clich� but helping people and making them feel better, and I know that?s kind of a general answer that a lot of physicians feel but that?s basically what it boils down to. I want to make their lives better, not only physically but mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
