Personally going through 2 - 1/2 years of IVF, watching my mother painfully pass away, fighting with my husband, low libido, working long hours at a high demanding, stressful career. Self medicating at the end of a long day with several glasses of Pinot Noir. Watching my own values float farther and farther away. Not wanting to end up dying prematurely like my dear mother. Bless her soul. No, I wanted and needed to be there for my young daughter. Not make her an orphan.
I wanted to be a present, strong and a Happy + Healthy mother, wife and friend. This is where my own journey led me to be an IIN Certified Integrative Health Coach. Realizing that health was not just about my physical wellbeing or what was on my plate, but other dimensions contributed to my overall wellbeing. Career, spirit, joy, and creativity to name a few. Finding balance in my own life. Being Happy + Healthy, I practiced on my friends and family. After receiving good feedback, I knew this was what I was meant to do!
