Derek L Rinchuse, PA-C

Derek L. Rinchuse is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in hematology and cellular therapy. He is interested in lymphoma and can perform bone marrow biopsy and aspirations, and skin biopsies. He sees patients ages 18 and older.

Derek entered the field of hematology and cellular therapy with a passion to give patients the most advanced and up-to-date treatment and care. His personal philosophy is to treat each individual patient like family with a focus on compassion, integrity, and education.

Derek received a Bachelor of Science in biology with a focus in pre-medicine from the University of Pittsburgh in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He earned a Master of Science in infectious disease and microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh GSPH, Pittsburgh, PA. His Master of Science in physician assistant studies is from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He had additional training in advanced oncology through Allegheny Health Network.

He is a licensed and board-certified physician assistant and speaks English. He is a member of the American Academy of PAs.
