Jaclyn K Guarino, CRNP

Jaclyn Guarino is a certified registered family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care. She focuses on same-day acute care needs and chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, migraines, and obesity. She performs a number of procedures including cerumen removal and suture/stable removal. She provides rapid point-of-care testing for strep, mono, influenza, and urinary tract infections so patients know the results in minutes.

As a primary care nurse practitioner, she likes to get to know her patients and their families to create a good rapport for continuity of care. She is an active listener to her patients’ concerns while providing compassionate care. She always keeps communication open, honest, and down to earth.

Jaclyn earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified in basic and advanced life support. She sees patients ages 16 and older and speaks English.
