Poba Medical is located in the 20,000 square foot office and manufacturing space at the Airport Business Park in Flagstaff, Arizona. We have the engineering expertise in balloon design and development, device assembly, pilot manufacturing, and production of catheter devices and intricate balloon assemblies. We can serve as your R&D team during the critical early product development phases that will frequently derail innovative catheter design initiatives. We have created strong partnerships with key extrusion suppliers for high quality, quick turn extrusion runs. We have the ability to access innovative tooling options for rapid R&D prototyping (3-D printing, soft molds, etc.)

Poba maintains close relationships with process automation suppliers for additional balloon process support including balloon metalization, circuit integration, multi-lumen balloons, sensor integration, multi-layer balloons and circuitry, temperature sensor capability and fiberoptics. We can provide on-site consulting service to companies with existing balloon forming processes including technology and recipe transfer services. We have the ability to rapidly convert from R&D prototypes to large follow-on production runs. Our customer focus runs from angel or venture funded startups to global multi-national medical device companies.
