My therapeutic approach has a strong humanistic and patient-centered orientation in which I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These evidence-based practices may be integrated with positive psychology interventions or clinical hypnosis. In our collaboration, I will provide you with psychoeducation on evidence-based practices and which form of treatment is recommended for your presenting problem. I have a customized approach to treatment and integrate the best available research that is shown to be effective and preferred for the treatment of psychological conditions.
