Paul's Washington real estate career began in 1992 with Century 21 where he earned the prestigious Centurion Award twice. He moved to Hodges Commercial Real Estate & Forestland Resources division. During this time, he worked with major industrial timberland owners, conservation groups & large land owners. The goal was, and still is, to help landowners receive the maximum return on their investment, buying or selling.
