Dr. Costantino has been in practice for 30 years and is one of the few surgeons capable of performing surgery across all areas of the base of the skull (cranial base). He performs both open and endonasal endoscopic surgery for tumors and advanced sinus disease, as well as procedures within the temporal bone (ear), eye sockets (orbits), and face. He is board certified in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgery and has developed many of the materials used for skull reconstruction (cranioplasty). He has performed over 500 such cranioplasties, and is also well known for his expertise in pituitary surgery (over 3500 cases), infratemporal fossa surgery for tumors (nearly 1000 procedures), and nasopharyngeal cancer resection (several hundred).
