Elizabeth J Choudhary, CNM

Elizabeth Choudhary is a Certified Nurse-Midwife who provides midwifery care to women throughout their lives, including prenatal and postpartum care, care during labor and delivery, birth control, pre-conception care, cancer screenings, and annual well-woman exams. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed a Master of Science in Nursing in Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University and completed her Midwifery training at The Midwife Center for Birth and Women's Health, Magee Women's Hospital and Jefferson Regional Hospital.

Elizabeth also has a Bachelor of Art in Slavic Studies and Music. She specializes in a holistic approach to care in which she collaborates with her patients to support them in establishing and reaching their goals. Elizabeth also takes the time to provide the information and resources that allow them to make informed decisions about their care.

Elizabeth is board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives. She has privileges to provide care at Forbes Hospital.
