Eric Contreras is a talented real estate finance professional who has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Eric specializes in Relocation home loans, helping his clients secure their mortgage financing during what can often be a difficult process – moving across the country.

Eric is an expert in Colonial’s full suite of home loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Condo, Refinance, Cash-Out Refinance, Second Homes and Investment Properties, First-Time Homebuyer Programs and more.

Eric enjoys helping his customers understand all aspects of what is likely their biggest investment – buying a home – by helping them find the home loan that best fits their needs (and pocketbook). He knows the importance of forging lasting relationships, so when his past customers are looking to purchase their next home or refinance their current mortgage, they know just who to call for assistance.

A recipient of Colonial’s President’s Club Award each year since joining the company in 2014, Eric appreciates that Colonial provides mortgage services to more than 97 percent of the loans they originate, so he can be there for his past customers when they have questions about their current mortgage.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Eric resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife Elizabeth, who is a teacher, and two daughters Callie and Sadie.
