Michelle Hwang, DDS, is an experienced general dentist at Smile for Miles Dental in Colleyville, Texas. She and her staff have been together for over 14 years, and she pledges to provide her patients with the most advanced dental treatments to help optimize their oral health. Dr. Hwang has over 16 years of experience in dentistry and specializes in full-mouth rehabilitation and implant restorations.
Dr. Hwang earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston College. She then graduated from Columbia University in New York, a prestigious Ivy League school, with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005. She has completed extensive training and specializes in advanced dental implants, Invisalign®, and Clear Correct™ orthodontic treatments. She is also certified in conscious sedation with nitrous oxide.
After 10 years of practicing dentistry at various dental practices, she decided it was time to open her own office in 2014 as a family dentistry practice serving children and adults.
Committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Hwang is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth Dental Society.
She is of Christian faith and is married with two children, Ellie and Kellan. When she is not working, Dr. Hwang and her family enjoy their time volunteering at their community church, taking missionary trips, and spending time with family and friends.
