Robert Beasley joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2021. He is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.

Robert has a Doctorate’s degree in Law from University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from University of Richmond. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Robert serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Robert will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in his community, Robert is a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Midlothian.

In his free time, Robert enjoys bike riding, running, and swimming.
