I’m Cressida, I have 26 years’ experience working in large financial services organisations at senior levels and I am an accredited and experienced coach. The one thing I have discovered is that self-confidence is the most important asset you can have. It is the belief that you have in yourself and the ability to project is that determines your success. The rest, quite honestly, is immaterial. I provide women with strategies that I learned from my successes and my failures in order to be more effective, and to fulfil their personal and professional ambitions. I help women build their confidence. I help them find their voice, work out what makes them unique and I help them to package this up into their own personal brand.
