First Command Financial Advisor - Amanda Jiron Grodi

Amanda Jiron Grodi joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2019. As a military spouse, she understands the unique situations and circumstances that place pressure on military families and is committed to helping them discover the confidence and peace of mind that come from financial security.

A graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Criminal Justice , Amanda holds Series 7, Series 66, securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Utah, Idaho, New Mexico & Texas.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Amanda serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. Her thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables her to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Amanda will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in her community, Amanda is a volunteer for Blue Star Families of Utah.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys baking, spending time with family, and working out.
