Orlando Otero joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2014, following a 21-year career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing and a 12-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Major.

A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Master of Business Administration degree and the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science, Orlando holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life, health and property and casualty insurance licenses.

Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Orlando works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Orlando is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey.

In addition to his work as a Financial Advisor, Orlando is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs and the Puerto Rican Association of Dallas-Fort Worth.
