First Command Financial Advisor - Ray Elderd-CLOSED

Ray Elderd joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2018. He previously worked for 30 years as a technology manager and Army Reservist at multiple companies and units, achieving the rank of Colonel.

Ray has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Military Management from Trident University and a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in MN, WI, IA, FL, GA, WV, OH, IN, CO, CA, and TX.

Ray is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves.

Active in his community, Ray is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Military Officers Association of America, and the South of the River Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Committee.

In his free time, Ray enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
