First Command Financial Advisor - Shelby Barnetti

Shelby Barnetti joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2017. She previously worked for 15 years as a real-estate investor and a Personal Banker at her own companies and a large regional bank.

A graduate of University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Shelby holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in several states, including Virginia.

Shelby is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves.

Active in her community, Shelby is a member of the Williamsburg Unitarian Universalists and supports her son in Scouting. Shelby is also particularly welcoming to all members of the LGBTQ+ communities.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys reading, swimming, and traveling.
