Frank Painter joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2002.

A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Frank holds Series 6 and 65 securities licenses plus Florida life, health and variable-product insurance licenses.

Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Frank works closely with each client to develop a unique financial plan that reflects their values, addresses their priorities and supports their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals.
